Italian Piedmont Barolo - $205 **NEW**
Medium-heavy in body with a luminous dark cherry color, tannin dominates the flavors initially, with intense grip and robust dryness in the finish. High acid, tannin and alcohol levels challenge the palate when the wine is young, but with age come rewards: wild ripe strawberries hot from the sun, a whiff of dark tar, the scent of roses and violets, and earthy, rich truffles. Burly, assertive ‘chewy’ wine, it is not for the faint of heart, but for those seeking intensity and complexity, there is nothing else like Barolo.

South Australia Single Vineyard Shiraz - $225
a bold wine, deep ruby purple in color with a deep, dark plum and blackberry showing subtle accents of chocolate. Rich, lush and complex, the soft black fruit combines with a hint of black pepper spiciness that follows through with a firm, tannic finish with toasty vanilla and a hint of spice.
Serve with Steak, rich stews, pizza, or try it with bittersweet chocolate!

Italian Montepulciano - $190 Deeply colored, rich, red wine with flavors of blackberry and black pepper. Full-bodied with moderate tannins and balancing acidity.

Deep purple color with a very full, robust mouth-feel of black fruits and oak. A rich wine for rich foods.
Serve with Osso Buco or beef stews
Luna Rossa - $180
Big, bold and bountiful with loads of rich black fruits and oak. Plenty of tannin and structure for short term ageing.
Excellent with medium rare red meats and stews
Italian Sangiovese - $190
A bright red cherry character overlaying strawberry notes with hints of violets and white peppers. Medium bodied with a tannic finish livened by a zing of acidity and toasted oak.

Columbia Valley Cab Franc/Merlot - $205

Napa Valley Stag's Leap District Merlot - $205
