Come on in to our tasting room

First you choose the wine you want to make, (we have over 40 wines to choose from) then with our assistance you fill your 6-gallon fermenter with your grape juice.

We then ferment your wine in our temperature controlled fermentation room.  Approximately 7 weeks later you come back to bottle your wine.

Choose your label from our label book.

We then put the text to your label.

You then bottle you wine using our automatic bottle filler that fills up to 4 bottles at a time.  Then use our automatic corker to cork the bottles.

Then you attach your labels to the bottles

You now attach a matching heat-shrink seal to your bottles for that professional look
